What materials are your shoes made from?

We primarily use high-quality materials such as PU, mesh,textile materials, and lightweight Special materials.also can customized materials according to customer requirements.

What is your Minimum order quantity?

For our custom shoe services, the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) varies depending on the production technique. We primarily offer two methods: Injection Molding and Cement Molding. Please provide us with your specific requirements so we can furnish you with further details.

Sample lead times?

Sample development spans 4 to 8 weeks, and buk production takes an aditional 3 o 5 weeks. Timelines may vary based on design intricacy and are afected by Chinese national holidays.

What's the packing?

We could do any packing based on client’s requirements.
OEM and ODM service offered. We can customize according to yourreguirements, for instance, brand name, logo, color, size, packaging, etc, youcan design your own footwear.
Our professional sales and R&D team understand the client’s idea and makesthe samples soon.

What are Customization shoes?

Our designers provide exclusive bespoke shoe services, meticulously tailored to each client’s market and individual needs. We offer two distinct customization paths:

Custom Uppers: Choose from our collection of existing outsoles. Our designers will then create a completely original upper for it, with your choice of materials, patterns, and design.

Fully Custom Foundations: For the ultimate personalized fit and style, we can engineer a brand-new sole and last (the mold that defines the shoe’s shape) from the ground up, based on the precise foot measurements and aesthetic requirements you provide.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The estimated shipping time differs based on your location. We are happy to provide a more accurate timeline – simply reach out to us for further assistance.

How will you send the shoes and how long will it take?

For sample, you can chose to ship by DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT by your account orour account by you pay for shipping fee. It normally takes about 3-5 workingdays.
For mass production, we can ship by vessel or air as you like.

What does Production entail?

Our production process encompasses far more than just assembly. It is an integrated process that includes the procurement of raw materials and components, the manufacturing of uppers, and custom packaging. Furthermore, every order undergoes rigorous quality control inspections, labeling, and final packaging checks before being prepared for shipment.

What is the cost to make new sole moulds?

The mould charge would be on our account if the order quantity accumulateupto 30,000pairs per style. Otherwise, the mould charge will be on customersaccount or be shared between us after order placed.

What payment methods do you accept? Is payment secure?

We accept payment via bank transfer and cash, both of which are secure and legitimate methods. All transactions are processed through official channels.
